"Balcony rooms are amazing."

"One of the manager was kind of rode with us telling us that we were not aloud to have our jet ski on the lake even if jet ski was 30 ft fron the beach. They ruin our 4th of July holiday. No one told me something like this before. This was just ridiculous!!!"

There was wrapper in the drawer so I know they don’t clean 100%. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Was a decent stay though. Water park was fun for the kids and was convenient to the towns. "We reserved 3 rooms. The AC in one of the rooms did not work. In 93 degree weather, over a 100 degrees in the room, this was unacceptable. We addressed the situation via email and in person multiple times, but we were not transferred to another room until after midnight. We were in Detroit for a concert and could not get ready properly due to the AC not working. I made a request for a refund on the hotels email, but I am assuming a refund may need to be initiated by Expedia since the booking...

"The place was closed due to power outage. No communication about this. No phone call no email. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. Siding falling off the building. Windows and doors dirty. Outside play area looked unusable. Grass has not been cut or trimmed. Weeds growing throughout the parking lot. My four year old granddaughter said the place looks scary."

I asked to be moved to another suite with a view however they were booked. We were given a $100.00 credit for food. "The inn is old so know you are going to hear people above you and doors closing. Very creaky floors. The check-in was ok. The woman was very rude. Not friendly and more interested in reading her paper. The young ladies later on in the day were smiley and friendly. Late afternoon check-in was nice dealing with them. "The buffet was terrible especially at that price. All the food was cold. Will not recommend."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the hot tub didn't work and there were paint chips floating in the pool. The beach isn't maintained at all and was a disgusting mess. It wasn't worth what I paid for it. I absolutely do not recommend staying here."
