"The room was very big for three adults and two children. It's also very clean. We loved it."

"Most of the services and amenities were as expected or better than expected. But there are some areas that needs attention: 1. The bathrooms didn't have any hangers to keep the fresh clothes. 2. Power outlets are rare and placed far away from tables or night stands. Charging phones and devices for a family of four was a big challenge."

"A very clean and quiet hotel overlooking the beach. Staff was very helpful, access is easy and close to everything in downtown Traverse City. Breakfast box a great idea instead of the typical complimentary kitchen. We will definitely come back here!"

"Clean room. Very quiet."

"We love this hotel! It’s always a great experience! From the room, the lobby, the staff, the front porch, the location and the restaurant. It has everything we want and need!"

"Room was quite clean, in appearance and smell. However, maintenance was substandard: broken outlet cover exposing live wires, bathroom door wouldn't latch. Recent paint job (good) with masking tape still around fire fixtures in the hall (not good). The in-room coffee maker didn't have the right filter basket (?!). Room was easy to access and had a very nice new shower stall (BTW - the shower handle was very loose)."

"Early the first morning the smoke alarm went off on our floor. We were woke up around 7am of alarm siren and automated voice announcements."

AND our connection in the room was terrible. it kept glitching the entire time. we did enjoy the...

"I had a great view from the 15th floor, which made me overlook most weaknesses of the hotel. I will stay here again."

"Property overall was wonderful, great location, great amenities and staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend this property."

"It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a...
