"Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. "Rooms and property are lovely. Fun and updated! Some staff were great and a few were RUDE!!!! Our check in staff were the best!! The valet ataff were so kind. "Staff was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom penthouse. It was spacious and recently updated with a huge terrace/patio. The stucco on the terrace is very old. The view from the room and the terrace is a really beautiful ocean and palm tree view from a distance. You do get a little noise from the roof deck but it’s easy to manage. "Unfortunately for me and my girlfriend, upon receiving the room keys and checking into Guest villa 7.. the room was smelled bad and moist, the A/C giant unit right by the bed made awful noises and is just not a well-maintained room. We wanted a bohemian cool experience, instead, we got a motel experience.. and chose to leave the premises. We have enjoyed Broken shaker, the Lounge and property garden grounds… however, I do not recommend staying as a hotel guest. Sorry, I truly hope they revamp...
