"Loved the set up at the resort, very traditional buildings. Is older so definitely could use some upgrades. Main pool got quite noisy in the afternoon. All the staff were fantastic, always willing to help. Loved the staff in the Buffett. Great central lobby/bar area. Lots of seating and great area for entertainment in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great service, clean room."

"Breakfast need to be better"

"This was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Not to mention, this was a solo vacation for me where I felt extremely safe. The customer service was implacable, the views were nice, and the food was great! I would recommend to anybody."

"I like everything the service was excellent. It’s a good choose for vacation"

"Todo muy bien solo que para ir con bebe está un poco cansado porque no tienen elevadores"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"Our stay at Moon Palace Sunrise was fantastic! This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was provided thru all our stay with clean towels, sheets and refreshments. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. There are Several pools throughout the hotel and free shuttles to their sister hotels where you can also enjoy their amenities and restaurants. One of the pools is specifically for children under 7 with a couple of...

"In staying with this resort during the hurricane they closed down all amenities and didn’t help compensate for the 3 days we were in lockdown. Mandatory room order without alcohol. The restaurants advertised 5 resultants open however even after the hurricane only the buffet was open. Price point for money was poor and value for money was poor. Don’t waste your time. The pool siatution wasn’t ideal as well as there was only a small swim up bar that was packed every time. Also not impressed with...

"Everything was great! The service was out of this world! Every resturant was different and the food was delicious!!!"

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"
