"Loved the set up at the resort, very traditional buildings. Is older so definitely could use some upgrades. Main pool got quite noisy in the afternoon. All the staff were fantastic, always willing to help. Loved the staff in the Buffett. Great central lobby/bar area. Lots of seating and great area for entertainment in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again."

"Quick, easy, and completely relaxing. Excellent food, and outstanding hospitality from start to finish. Flying in and out was straightforward, making it one of the easiest beach getaways for a 4 day trip. Highly recommend!"

"Pricey but 100% worth it to experience at least once."

"This was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Not to mention, this was a solo vacation for me where I felt extremely safe. The customer service was implacable, the views were nice, and the food was great! I would recommend to anybody."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, ROOM SUPER SPACIOUS, ON THE BEACH, GREAT STAFF SUPER WELCOMING"

"The view was great. Food selection was above my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay"

"Very clean and well kept property. The beach isn't swimmable and the food isn't good. Close to the marina and restaurants"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

My only suggestion would be to have more English-speaking staff available, as that would be helpful for guests who don’t speak Spanish, especially those visiting from the United States and other English-speaking countries. Overall, I really enjoyed it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Xcaret Arte! The resort was very clean, and the thoughtful little dessert or candy left for us each day was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, and there was always someone available to answer questions. The reservation restaurants were amazing, too. We’d happily stay here again!"

"Everything was great! The service was out of this world! Every resturant was different and the food was delicious!!!"

"Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, food was delicious at all times and offer airport shuttle overall beautiful place to stay highly recommended"

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"
