Hotel with a Concierge in Mexico and Central America from SAR 308

The resort was not small by any means, but felt intimate. The staff made you feel special, they took the time to remember your preferences and your name. The resort is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again

I was a little worried during the taxi ride to the hotel that I had made a terrible mistake in picking the hotel as some of the areas look a little rough (by American standards), however, once at the gated hotel I realized that I indeed had made a good choice when choosing the location as the property is incredibly calming and beautiful. Just know that since you are out of the city you will need to use Uber eat or a taxi to get food as there is no onsite restaurant.

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Nosotras visitamos de Oregon y la atención iba bien hasta… la primer noche que se descompuso el A/C pero inmediatamente me movieron de cuarto a una mejor habitación y estaban siempre al pendiente que estábamos bien. Gym is excellent. Restaurant and bar superb. Free, secure, and ample parking. A suberb hotel choice in Tegucigalpa, take it from an experienced traveler.

The hotel is new and modern. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is pretty fantastic and the staff friendly and attentive. It is located near restaurants and a shopping center. I would stay again

The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English very well, which helps those without strong Spanish. The grounds are beautiful! The little hiking trail is fun and the multiple hot tubs with some privacy were a nice place to relax. They even serve food and drinks at the pool! We stayed and Studio Hotel for the second time after the first experience was very pleasurable. The rooms are great, the staff extremely friendly, and the location is hard to beat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
