Amazing staff and very clean

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

The staff took such great care of me. I was traveling for Ironman Cozumel, and the team was excited to watch all the athletes race and congratulate our success. I'm coming back next year and staying at Cozumel Palace again. I already booked my stay!

As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. Friendly, quiet place. Great food and lots of activities

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location. My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The hotel is beautiful place full of trees, plants and birds. It is situated right in front of the beach which provides a wonderful and calming experience in Costa Rica.
