"It was a mess. The hotel stink! Very outdated. Elevator broke. Had to walk up and down steps. Never again!!"

"Everything was lovely. The staff was friendly and responsive. I appreciate the honor system bar in the lobby. I only took bottles of water, at $1.00 each, which is awesome when other hotels charge as much as $4.00 for the same bottle. There was also an assortment of spirits, wines, and sodas. The interior is dated but well maintained. The decor contributed to the comfortable, small American town feel of the area. The tub in my room was deep. I love a good soak. The stopper didn’t work very well, which required me to top the tub off several times, but it wasn’t something I felt the need to complain about. I was very happy to find that the windows could be opened. I enjoyed the fresh air while I drank my coffee. The location is perfect. Situated very close to the bridge, it makes exploring both Lambertsville and New Hope accessible by foot, even for someone with arthritis in my left foot. If one were to spend multiple days here there would be no reason to use your car to explore both towns."

"Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and one which was Nickelodeon had a frozen screen. The area itself is run down and rough so a little scary at night even entering or exiting the property."

"Had issues checking in. Staff said my reservation was cancelled. Had to show them my confirmation. They were able to get me into a new reservation, but tried to charge over $200 more. Showed them my confirmation again with cost and they finally adjusted it. Took almost an hour to fix the problem. After that, stay was pleasant."

"Aspects that the hotel could control were all good (cleanliness, responsiveness, etc). There was poor behavior from other guest that led to disturbances and police activity. I did not feel unsafe but I didn’t feel comfortable lingering outside the room."

Holiday Inn East Windsor - Cranbury Area by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean, well maintained. Room was in great shape. Breakfast from the restaurant was good. I was disappointed that the coffee is removed from the lobby early in the morning. Would greatly appreciate coffee being available at least until the afternoon. This is a common perk in hotels, including ones that are much cheaper than this property. It was also hard to reach the front desk by phone. I had to call multiple times before someone picked up."
