"This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond."

"Power in the area is unstable. The power, along with internet, went out for seconds or minutes at least 20 times each day. The rooms I reserved and paid for in advance were not available when I arrived. I had to take less desirable rooms for my stay. The cottage rooms and meals were OK."

"Great location within walking distance to falls. Reasonably prices with friendly and helpful staff, with activities desk on site. Very nice stay."

"An excellent overall stay with everything delivered to a high standard. Worthy of its 4 star rating, I’d happily stay here again in future. I’d recommend it also within this price range."

"The property was very clean overall. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very helpful and attentive. Food was very tasty. Rooms are a little outdated and sleeping under a net is a must due to some mosquitoes. Overall it was a good, quick stay for me."

"スタッフは親切で気さくに声をかけてくれて、日本語で挨拶をしてくれるなど、努力の好感度は高かった。 朝食は美味しかったが、レベルの割には高いと思う。 設備面ではシャワーのお湯が出るまでに15分以上かかった。エアコンの電池が切れていたり、事前の準備が不足していると思う。"

"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."

"Clean, quiet place, ideal for work and leisure as the space allows for family friendly set-up while allowing for working space. Great"

"Las habitaciones están en muy mal estado, el personal no es amable, no teníamos agua y solo una toalla para 2, en el desayuno no habían suficientes platos y nos costó mucho que nos dieran hasta el cafe"

"Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!"

"Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf in Livingstone lodge. Zeer mooie kamer door de beschilderde muren! Handig dat ontbijt inbegrepen was. Ook een verfrissend hotel. Zeker een plek waar we zouden terug keren. Enkel een frigo en kluis in de kamer zouden wel handig geweest zijn."

"Wonderful location and outdoor restaurant on the harbor. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. "

"Excellent location Able to walk safely down to look over the river and the bridge . At night saw an elephant while eating dinner on the terrace Staff were extremely helpful snd friendly ."

"Great staff, fantastic location, main area and pool stunning."

"Lovely hotel, calm setting on the river and convenient transfers to town and airport"

"Staff was very helpful"

"This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr."
