"Confusing layout, dated, coffee maker in room didn’t work (asked twice to have it replaced, never happened )"

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many must see sights. It is clean, and the staff is very nice. We had a great experience at this hotel, would definitely return again!!"

"Excelente!"

"It was a nice place to stay."

"The tv reception was terrible. It kept buffing . The restroom needs updating. Breakfast was very good."

"Quite a pleasant stay!"

"Breaking included was nice."

"Great stay! Staff were polite and helpful. Nice clean room. Great complementary breakfast for tourists on a budget."

"Little smaller than I thought but was nice."

"We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing, Heidi who checked us in at a completely unreasonable time, was so helpful and handled even my crankiest traveler very well! The hotel itself is beautiful and sits in the perfect location for walking all over the city. Definitely recommend staying here! The onsite restaurants and bars were fantastic, great food and drinks, and wonderful staff."

"Disappointed that the room we booked was not what we got. The pictures online were inaccurate otherwise. Also told the new policy for hilton was a self parking fee which if ridiculous. The room was clean but needs revamping. Curtains are toren and either there was maintenance happening at 6am or something with the mechanical room that was very loud to wake you up."
