"Clean room, breakfast can be better, tissue is pretty much empty."

"The room was fairly clean, but very basic and outdated. One small plastic char to sit on other than the bed. Towels in the bathroom were clean but had seen better days and no hair dryer. A/C unit in the wall worked fine but looked like it might fall out the back wall without too much of a push. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for""

"Staff was very helpful, rooms were great!"

"Had a balcony room. Contactless check in/out was easy and the property communicated well. Spacious room with some nice touches. Will stay again."

"There wasn’t any coffee available and no glasses in the room even to get a drink of water. Disappointed"

"Quick checkin, helpful and polite staff, comfy bed, spacious room, newer hotel and rooms, good breakfast. I’d recommend and return."

"Dated hotel but it was comfortable and clean"

"We enjoyed this pet friendly facility. The staff was warm & welcoming. The facility showed some wear & tear but it was CLEAN! We loved the laminate floor (hate carpets). The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t much variety but we weren’t there for the food, after all. We would stay again!"

"👍"

"It's the hotel time forgot no bugs but that is probably because it's so cold there. Breakfast was a joke the coffee wasn't even good."

"Quiet, perfect clean room. Great budget room..."

"Nice hotel. Great location."

"Room was above average, floor was not mopped, we had a dog so I think we were in a designated "pet" room, which needed the floor mopped. Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Good breakfast."

"I like the motel, but not an available continental breakfast. Only reason 4 star"

"We only stayed one night. However we enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a busy day. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Room was spacious and clean. I would choose to stay here again if I’m in town."

"The motel was fine. Nothing was bad or good. I saw one worker while I was there. She was talking to another client so I went downstairs to talk to her about extending my stay by a night. She said that would not be a problem and that she would just charge my card another day. Everything else was done on-line. My room was fine, but my mattress seemed worn out. I've always enjoyed the location of the motel, being right on the main road and on the channel across the road from Lake Ruth!"

"Very nice and reasonably-priced hotel. The room was large and well-equipped. Great staff. Breakfast was good."
