"The actual rooms were in poor condition. The shower had mold in the tiles, the bathroom mirror was warped and old, the hallways were old and warn, Great location but this hotel needs to be remodeled."

"Very convenient location for Marin County. Had great coffee or hot chocolate in lobby. No service for out room with a 4 night stay, but that was ok. Could have used clean towels and garbage removal. Staff not accessible most of the time . Tidal flooding affecting road in front of hotel, but ways to get around it and only between 3 to 6 .Parked in front of our room."

"The front desk staff was so helpful and quite the relief after a few days in the city. So friendly, classy, and made everything easy."

"Robert at the front desk was amazing!!! This is what customer service looks like! He made everything so smooth, and check in for my daughter and daughter n law was effortless, 10/10 definitely worth every cent and will be returning. Lastly but definitely not least the cleaning staff and all working so hard to make food for everyone a big thank you! Especially , housekeeper Monica for going above and beyond to help my daughter with what she needed . Highly recommended it"

"Perfect for family"

"We had a very nice stay at This property. Loved our waterfront room , it was cozy and comfortable. The area was great. We would definitely return."

"The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, especially considering the price of the room. The hotel is also located near the freeway, so if your room faces that direction, you can definitely hear the traffic. The rooms are not very soundproof, so I would recommend requesting a room away from the freeway if possible. Aside from that, everything else was really nice. The hotel was very clean and had some great amenities, including a game room and outdoor fire pits. Breakfast was also good....

"A very clean, comfortable and quiet place to sleep, relax. Has a great set of resteraunts nearby--especially if you like Italian.:)"

"The room with the marina view and patio was worth the extra expense, and the scene at the bar on a Saturday night was fun and friendly. Definitely staying here again."

"We have come here for 20 or 30 years and it seems to have just gone downhill. Although it’s always been the case, the bathrooms are so small that you can hardly turn around in them. I would no longer recommend this place. And when we checked in the front desk person was not friendly, wanted to see my drivers license, which is common, but instead of handing it back to me he put it under the counter and following completion of checking in he brought it back to the counter and put it on top of...

"Convenient location."

"Even though I’m a regular, I have to share. One of the cheaper hotels in the area, but of course you get what you pay for. I think a pest control service is in order, the coffee makers could be cleaned out so that we don’t look inside and get cringed out, the TVs work 50% of the time and as far as the housekeeping, don’t let the heavyset one fool you, as if you didn’t leave your tag on the door to reflect Do Not Disturb. On several occasions she has flipped the sign around and come in against my...

"Very clean, perfect for a good night sleep."
