"The best thing about the Lodge at Tiburon is the location. It’s so convenient to the waterfront and all the restaurants and shops located there. The room was adequate but nothing special. The AC worked well, and it was nice to have a small fridge. The downsides were that the blackout blinds were worn and didn’t block out all the light. The garbage wasn’t emptied every day, bathroom amenities were not replaced after the second day, nor were the tea bags I used in the morning. Finally, I got stuck...

"Convenient location, clean room (asked for room to be tidied up on second evening as we left for dinner as was done right away) and a charming staff at the front desk and valet station. We stayed in main complex and daughter and son-in-law stayed on the hillside in a lovely room. If you have plans to go to Sausalito make plans to stay here. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa. For sure…and the attached restaurant, Poggio Trattoria, was outstanding,..for a meal, cocktails in the afternoon and coffee...

"This was my third time staying at Marin Suites. The room was very clean 10/10, the shower needed a little work but served the purpose. Where I gave it a lower rating was when the people next door came in at 12 midnight on a Tuesday night and were laughing real loud and playing music loud, and this went on till 4:30/5:30 in the morning. I just didn’t sleep and I did not call the front desk. But I did write an email. Would I stay again? Probably, it’s a great hotel."

"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. But, they also serve free breakfast in the morning, and that wasn’t a bad deal at all. There weren’t too many negatives. One was, the pool was dirty and didn’t make...

"Rooms were very nice and large. Staff was very friendly. The gym was equipped with everything, but didn’t get a chance to use it or the pool. Love that it was near everything and not to far from Sonoma. I would definitely stay here again."
