"My room was on the 5th floor (business floor). It looked newly renovated and was spacious with a large desk to work at with an office chair. Internet speed was good. Room was quiet and there were lots of outlets with USB C outlets."

"My room was completely dusty and dirty. I was not impressed with the room along with a cut my foot on the sharp metal edge bed. The telephone also never worked and at three in the morning all three nights I stayed drunk were screaming in the hallways worst day ever."

"Cleaning staff on level 18 were great. Vibe in the lobby area with a small bar and singers was great"

"Very pleasant staff and a great breakfast. Hotel room was noisy. Could hear TVs in the other rooms and guests talking loudly in the hallway past midnight. Room was clean but quite basic. I expected more for the price. "

"We thought we booked airport transportation and was told it wasnt offered to us because we booked on line,even though on line stated free airport transportation, our request was denied"
