Their business department simply stated that Expedia has to handle it, but Expedia can’t contact them because the information is not updated. Bad experience. No effort from hotel."

"The apartment needs home improvements it smells like mold and the kitchen window was very dirty and also the mats on the floor, and I paid for washer and dryer but I didn’t get any in the apartment."

The PM answered all the questions I had. It was very easy to find the location, and the secured gated community with security gave a sense of security.
