"Really nice facility. One thing that was annoying was the outdoor pool. They shouldn't allow flotation items, such as small boats. Kids kept bumping into my wife and me, so we had to get out of the pool. If allowed have a facility member policing the pool area and hold the parents accountable for their children's actions. Teens jumping around rough housing was annoying as well."

"We loved our stay at Zota! The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. The food was excellent, much better than we expected, and the service throughout our stay was warm and friendly. "Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not."

"The hotel staff was great, the rooms were nice and spacious with a lot of accommodations BUT my biggest complaint was the fact that only one elevator was working. We spent A LOT of time waiting. I would've definitely given a 5 star rating."
