"We have been going to Malta for over 20 years mainly staying at the Corinthia hotel just across the water from this hotel. The Westin is on another level. The whole hotel has life in it . The Lobby has great atmosphere with a great bar. 2 large pools and plenty of of comfortable beds around and also at the reef club which is on the other side of this hotel just across the casino road with great access to the sea and good for snorkelling. "Sauberes und großes Zimmer / nettes Personal / gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück sowie Fitness / Pool / Strand direkt vor dem Hotel sind positiv hervorzuheben! Tipp: Ohne Steine ins Wasser geht es über den öffentlichen Strand direkt neben dem vom Hotel! Matratze und Teppich im Zimmer könnten neuer sein, Bad etwas ins Alter gekommen. Balkon mit Meerblick empfohlen! Busverbindung vom Airport alle 30 Minuten, in die Stadt sogar alle 20 Minuten. Essen im Hotel gut und preislich völlig ok."

The water suddenly stopped working properly, and both the shower and the sink only produced scalding hot water. "Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, was für eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Wer die Umgebung erkunden oder flexibel unterwegs sein möchte, ist mit einem Mietwagen gut beraten. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen. Die Anreise verlief völlig problemlos – lediglich der Linksverkehr auf Malta war anfangs etwas ungewohnt. Umso schöner war...

"Lovely hotel, staff were great and food was great at breakfast. The main thing I would flag if you want to spend time by the pool, it’s not as straight forward as you would think there are apparently a small number of hotel sun beds that you can book 24 hours before but I just wanted a guaranteed spot so book and paid for a sunbed with a sea view for 50euro. You have to book on manta.mt. Once you’re there the staff, food and drinks are great and not too expensive"

"Loved the whirlpool and the amenities! Great restaurants and amazing coffee at the internal coffee shop. Only the breakfast seemed a little like at typical big all inclusive hotels. Lots to choose from but the food was not as delicious as in other places we have been to."

"Best thing was the view of the water and Valetta The room was clean but extremely small. The air con could not be adjusted so it would get cold to leave it on at night but the room would heat up as soon as you turned it off. The hotel didn’t have its own pool, but shared the public pool across the road which the hotel offered for free if you were lucky enough to get a lounge and umbrella. Breakfast was very average. A bit expensive overall."
