"Sou cliente RUBY do Hotéis.com e ao chegar na Pousada de Piedras minha reserva foi cancelada pelo dono que nos convidou a nos retirar do local pois não faz mais negócios com Hoteis.com, a Pousada em péssimas condições, outros hóspedes que estavam lá disse que não tinha água quente e tivemos que sair correndo para não apanharmos dos funcionários!!!! nunca passei por nada tão horrível em toda minha vida!!!!!!!!!"
