"What a nice new property that was super clean. A modern style with walk-in shower and a extra large tv. The breakfast was Hilton good with all the extras. Only thing missing was a hot tub by the nice pool."

The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. "We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. "

"The home was spotless, inviting, comfortable, and so perfect for our kids’ birthday party. Ashley so kindly hid some Easter eggs for the kids, displayed a sign with birthday wishes, left a kind card and note with a treat for the kids and the moms! The home was exactly as described. We had wet and cold weather but there was still plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels. If we needed to cook a full meal we would have had all we needed. ...
