"hotel was great from start to finish"

"It's easily one of the most well decorated and beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Seriously designers should be given an award of some type it's incredible. However I had very mixed experiences with the restaurant staff and the design comes with some usability drawbacks. There a ton of little things that make the hotel less than ideal. A non-exhaustive of examples: - The makeup mirrors are mounted 6ft off the ground and cannot pivot downwards - we stayed in an upgraded room that was located...

"Great location and great facilities.Lovely helpful staff."

"hotel is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are lovely with plant markers, and we even saw bunnies at night. The boutique has reasonably priced beach clothing. Rooms are comfortable, with eco‑friendly AC that shuts off when you leave. The beach is beautiful, and refillable water stations are convenient if you bring a bottle. The resort has a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere. À la carte restaurants were full when we arrived and unable to book a restaurant. The main negative issue is...

"Staff were very friendly! Entertainment and food were fabulous. Pool spotless, great to see the manager being there on the complex walking around observing. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were charming and nothing too much for them. With the facilities, we were disappointed on first day to have no aircon in our room, heard others had same problem with this. We were moved to different room same day but it meant we lost time unpacking and packing again. Overall the stay was so lovely...

"Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Really loved this stay in Madeira! It seems like the hotel is newly built and because of that it comes with good amenities. Staff were super helpful with our room and we were able to take advantage of the gym and pool! Definitely a nice place to relax at after doing all the Hikes!"

"Fantastischer Aufenthalt. Liebevolles Personal, Sauber, modern und man ist in einer Super Lage"

"En retrait du centre ville de Funchal mais dans une zone commerciale et à proximité immédiate de l'océan. L'établissement dispose de tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour. La formule en all inclusive est digne d'un vrai 5 étoiles. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel et cela mérite d'être signalé."

"Great location, close to everything you want to do. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was a great way to relax and end the day. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The rooms were large and the balcony had a nice sea view. The amenities are tired and can be refreshed or renovated. The staff were excellent and very helpful."

"C’était merveilleux. Merci pour tout"

"The property was gorgeous and in a great central location. Their breakfast was superior and the rooms were very tidy and spacious. We would stay there again."

"Overall a great hotel which ticks a lot of boxes in terms of location, facilities, cleanliness. The only issue I would point out is the checkin / out staff and process seems overly long. This creates queues which is the last thing you need after a long journey. We waited for 30-40 mins to be checked in and the desk staff seemed frustrated as much as the guests."

"The rooms with sea view are absolutely stunning! I totally recommend them for enjoying a glass of madeira wine at sunset. Great breakfast selections, even though it can get busy at times."
