"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"World class view. Always opt for the lake view if possible. Looks out over Lake Huron to Macanac Island. You get a great sunrise. Staff was great and so was the food. Will stay there again next time."

"Lived the room updates, and public spaces, excellent continental breakfast m, outdoor spaces and wonderful staff … front desk, baggage guys and breakfast room staff. Will definitely stay again!"

"Very nicely updated and maintained older hotel. Liked the bold wall colors. Lakeview rooms are the best choice. Staff was great. No elevator in the building our room was in though and no kleenex in the bathroom either. Our room also could have used another round of insect control for spiders. Price was way too high also. Still would stay there again if price was more in line with competing properties."

"Not the greatest experience with this hotel. Staff most of the time unpleasant( except cleaning crew- very nice), no smile or greeting when you go in and out of the hotel. The tv wasn’t working for the first 2 days, there was no hair drier ( except the one at the front desk), just sheets and no comforter so it was pretty cold at night. Not impressed with this place. The only good thing was the transport to and from ferry with the luggage’s."

"Perfect, everything perfect… stop waffling and book now, you will love it!!!"

"Loved the balcony overlooking the harbor. Sat with coffee and watched the sunrise, ducks, geese, gulls and people coming and going from ferries. Staff members excellent, friendly and helpful. Had to put towels and blanket up over the blinds as too much light in the room at night. Could use a shade there. King bed was very comfortable. Very convenient location and would stay here again."

"We would stay there again. Well maintained and a great location."

"I want to start off by giving a huge thank you to a female staff member who work the front desk. I had an unexpected occurence and she was so helpful and sweet. The customer service was great. I gave it 3 stars because the beds were uncomfortable, and one of the tv's didnt work in our room. We had kids with us, so working the second tv wouldve been such a big help. The view was beautiful and the firepits was nice."

"The decor is very contemporary, clean, and modern. An extra treat was a bar in the lobby/breakfast area. The only negative was a very old and warped sliding screen going out onto the balcony. Would not hesitate in staying there again."

"I liked the large jacuzzi tub in our room and I really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus that came to the hotel, picked us up, and took us to the ferry to take over to Mackinac Island."

"Room wasn’t very clean and the guy who checked me in used a key and walked right into my room after just checking us in. Good thing I was dressed and not in the jacuzzi."

"Good stay here in st. Ignace! Beautiful lake view from our room. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Clean"
