"Hotel is pretty outdated and needs some TLC. Staff was fantastic, though. Love the proximity and location to everything. Keep in mind, you’re right next to Bourbon Street if you are planning to come on a weekend, it will be loud. Bring your earplugs"

"one day i asked the room service staff to come back in 5 min since we were on our way out. They never came that day. In the evening I went back to the front counter, her attitude was a kind of indefferent "what you want me to do?" type. Later a few towels were tied to the room handle. At lease there was a reaction."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel I love it."

"👌👌👌"

"Hotel was unique and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. However, the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom needed more TLC. The shower was disgusting. In low areas the walls weren’t cleaned. Stayed in NOLA for 72 hours so it was okay. Just want to help the next person. Come prepared to tidy up."

"Great"

"good price nice place"

"We have stayed at the Dauphine for many years. It is starting to slowly fall into disrepair, and I hate it because the staff is excellent! The location is perfect - towards the northern part of the Quarter but in the middle (one street north) of Bourbon. We stayed in the main part of the hotel. I would suggest the other options which are newer if you can afford the higher rate."

"Virginia and Michael at the front desk are amazing! Glenn the concierge rocks! They were all very helpful and kind!"

"I really enjoyed staying at the 4points staff was super friendly and helpful"
