I really liked not having to worry about tides having my boat moored up. Rates were easily acceptable, and the property owner/operator is top notch on communication and whatnot. 100% would recommend and stay again."

"Arrived 1 hour after check in time. Property had not been cleaned after recent booking. Trash piled up in the trash cans. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. Bedding looked like someone crawled out of bed and didn’t straighten up. (So dirty bedding) The 4 of us quickly made the decision to drive 8 hours back home after a long day of fishing rather than stay here. Totally unacceptable, I want a complete refund."

"Very nice, clean, & spacious boathouse. If you have a boat, you can pull your boat right up to the dock tie off and enter the boathouse back door from the water. Parking in front is great as well, pull up unload your luggage and walk right in the front door. The ice machine on the back dock is a bonus. Overall, this boathouse is awesome, we will be booking again soon!"

Very nice and modern house near Venice marinas
"The property was great for our group of 6 working out of Venice. It was very close to the marinas and had plenty of room in the driveway for our boat, and was a comfortable and clean place to come home to and cookout and relax on the porch and watch the boats go by on the river. Would definitely stay here again!"
