"Fantastic!"

"Very good price for the accommodations. Only thing missing is an ice machine but I’m sure the price would go up a bit for that…"

"Was exactly as it’s advertised. Slept 4 very comfortably and has a nice back deck to hang out and cook on"

"Great location to Venice Marina!! Perfect end of day dinner at Chance’s that Gordon Ramsey advocated for (less than 2 minute drive from house). Comfort, Cleanliness and Care have gone into the long-term maintenance of this home! Look forward to referring and staying at this location again for future charters. Tons of space for groups, families, and adventurers alike!"

"Our 6th time to Venice Marina, first time staying at this property. Loved it. However, some of the outside chairs were broken, dock side door key pad was difficult to work with (no issues w back door). We would definitely book here again."

"Very nice spot with great A/C and comfy beds. All the essentials and then some."

"Very nice houseboat. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the porch on the water."

"Great place thank you"

"Got to the place to check in and all the beds had been slept in and no clean sheets anywhere. Dirty towels all in the bathroom. Had to book a new place to stay because this place was not anywhere near in condition to stay in. Looked like someone was currently staying in it when we checked in. Will be requesting a refund as soon as we can get a hold of the owner. Who has yet to respond to any texts or phone call. Do not recommend!"

"Great location and clean place to stay. Very clean and easy set up. Definite recommendation"

"Everything as advertised. Exceptional for host my guests."

"Great place to stay for fishing in Venice."

"Nice little cabin for our fishing trip. They were able to accommodate an early check in and even bumped up the cabin. Very quiet location and couldn’t have asked for anything better. "
