"Perfect location for visiting New Orleans. Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Originally booked a balcony room through Expedia but when we arrived we had at first floor room. Not sure why that was. I was charged $160 on my credit card upon arrival. I was told that was for incidentals. Upon check out the charge was supposed to be reversed. We will see if that happens. Most hotels put a hold on your card and do not charge. However, the stay was nice. I do recommend the hotel."

"Great hotel and great location. Most of the tourist spots were close by where I had the option to walk but also the option to use uber/lyft and not pay a ton of money to get there. My only issue with the suite was the inability to open the window to get some fresh air inside. The room was kind of stuffy and my allergies was acting up the 2nd night I was there. My allergies was so bad that alot of the nights I ended up just going out on bourbon st to clear up my sinuses. Overall it was a great...

"The staff were most friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole was just ok. The room was not very welcoming nor comfortable. The room refrigerator was extremely small and inside the room you could hear everything going on outside the room. Not well insulated at all. Great location though."
