"Perfect location for visiting New Orleans. Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Originally booked a balcony room through Expedia but when we arrived we had at first floor room. Not sure why that was. I was charged $160 on my credit card upon arrival. I was told that was for incidentals. Upon check out the charge was supposed to be reversed. We will see if that happens. Most hotels put a hold on your card and do not charge. However, the stay was nice. I do recommend the hotel."

"Iove love love it"

"We enjoyed the pool and cabana for our friends 40th birthday celebration. The room was nice and clean! Lots of restaurants and things to do."

"I didn't like that the sink wasn't working at first, but when I called downstairs they took care of it immediately. The only reason why I'm saying something is that they knew I was coming, so they should have made sure that the room was in 100% pristine shape."

"Exceptional customer service"

"The bartender was very friendly and welcoming!"

"Great hotel and great location. Most of the tourist spots were close by where I had the option to walk but also the option to use uber/lyft and not pay a ton of money to get there. My allergies was so bad that alot of the nights I ended up just going out on bourbon st to clear up my sinuses. Overall it was a great...

"This establishment was lovely! It was a great stay. The only negative was that all the ice machines were not functioning during our stay. Otherwise, it was great."

"The space was clean comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to"

"Everyone was super nice. It was very convenient to Bourbon Street."

"The staff were most friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole was just ok. The room was not very welcoming nor comfortable. The room refrigerator was extremely small and inside the room you could hear everything going on outside the room. Not well insulated at all. Great location though."

"It was in the heart of the French Quarter. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The place is clean and has friendly staff. Best part they have a small pool to cool off from the heat."

"The bar next door has steps that are very hard to get up…especially if you are handicapped. Staff at bar and hotel are very helpful though. Hotel isn’t fancy but clean and great location,"
