"There was not a single glass or cup in the room allotted to us. We checked in at the late midnight hence couldn’t even order the glasses or cups. In the morning also staff took too long to get the glasses."

"We were close to the airport and the places we were planning on going. The place provided the perfect amount of room for our stay. The place did movie night on the 4th level every night. Parking was great but a little spendy but don’t have much of a choice. We did walk around the area to grab food and I would say just be careful and watch your back. "Everything"

"Upon arrival our cab door was opened for us and our luggage removed. We were then led into the lobby where we were immediately greeted by a staff member who made pleasant conversation while leading us to the check in desk. The clerk at check in was also very friendly and welcoming. Our weekend was filled with friendly staff. Highlight is the pool. The pool bartender during our stay was amazing. Our room was on the fifth floor where we could see the Hollywood sign. We were there to attend a show...

"We stay here when we go up for the games at Sofi. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable."

"The staff was very welcoming and kind! Nice place in DTLA."

"Clean room and friendly staff! Shuttle is a plus too"

"Staff were great but the housekeeping was poor. Our mini fridge had boiled eggs and cheese left in it for God only knows how long and “clean” wash clothes placed in the bathroom ready for use had hairs in them. Parking is also bad. We had to park in the furthest spaces in the back lot and the back entrance was non operational. We’re not lazy to walk further but while carrying all of our things at checkout, it was an inconvenience especially since they charge for parking."

"Excelent service"
