"Alles war super Ausser eins, leider kaum Parkplätze"

"The hotel was very clean, modern decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at points. Pool area was great and provided shade with no problems with getting a sunbed. Issues were the parking, only a few spaces available, parking had to be on street which was often hard to find. The location is a few miles from main centre so would need a car. Also be careful when booking with Expedia as they advertise rooms with a sea view and this is not the case"

"Clean hôtel, good staff, near the beach"

"Overall, we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms, although they were quite small. The pool area was nice and the floats provided were such a lovely touch! The only downside was that the pool itself was absolutely freezing, which made it difficult to enjoy. There were a few areas around the hotel that felt a little tired and could definitely do with some extra love and care. The lifts in particular felt very dated and old compared...

"My husband and I celebrated my Birthday at this beautiful property 4 days ago. This Property is break taking! 10/10 in all areas. The staff was warm and welcoming, food was amazing and the hotel is extremely beautiful and relaxing. If you are considering booking, just do it!! We will definitely be returning."

"One of my favorite stays in Mallorca ICON Valparaíso was easily one of my favorite hotels from my trip to Mallorca. The location is what makes this property so special. It sits directly along the water, with incredible views of the Mediterranean and some of the clearest blue water I saw during my stay. We booked a Corner Sea View room, and it was absolutely worth it. One of our favorite parts of the trip was simply sitting on our balcony and watching the water and sky. Even when the weather...

"Really good for price i paid , however we got taken to beach by the hotel minibus , a 30 plus minutes walk away , there was a torrential storm and they just left us with 2 toddlers to walk back, no remorse either ,no duty of care, and you cannot get a taxi for love or money from there"

"Great hotel, very quiet and luxurious"

"Had the manager come into the breakfast room to say hello to everyone BUT my table… I brought this up at check out and her excuse was because I was eating she didn’t want to disturb - mind you the breakfast room is at MOST 8 small tables ( very intimate) while the other guests were eating she had lovely conversations with every single one of them BUT me. Terrible terrible customer service… they pick and choose who to give great service to. Overall beautiful stunning property & would love to...
