"The staff was very helpful. My flight arrived at 7 am, so I needed to check in early. They held my bag till early check-in at 10 am and even let me eat breakfast there before checking in.
The room was nice, spacious, clean, and had (almost) everything I needed. It didn't have a minifridge — there was clearly a space for one though in the built-ins, so I don't know why it was gone. Maybe it's not common in Peru... The air-conditioning was great and they had a wonderful ceiling fan. Water pressure and temperature was perfect in the shower. The soap and shampoo/conditioner smelled and felt good too.
I really liked the breakfast. I had break fast 4 times there and each day there were some consistent items and a rotation of new options. The juices and breads and fresh fruits were delicious. Some food was better than other, but there was always a wide range of things to pick from.
Also there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby that is trustworthy. You should always use bottled water in Lima, but the filtered water in the lobby is safe to drink and it saves you having to buy so many bottles at the dollar store next door."
