"The staff was friendly when we checked in just before 11:00pm. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Great value. Conveniently located close to downtown Napanee. Nice restaurant across the road."

"Room was excellent. Ended up being sick right as I was leaving the room. As a result stayed passed check out by 15 minutes to which “Bev” the room cleaner tried to enter."

"The only place to stay between Almonte and Bon Echo park for 1 night during the Thanksgiving weekend. Towels - one was stained. No heat in the bathroom- had to leave the bathroom door open and the heat on a high temp to get the heat into the bathroom and then then when we turned the light on in the bathroom, a powerful fan blew cold air into the bathroom. The water in the bathtub/shower was hot - thanks Restaurant - short on food on the Saturday- our quesadeas had a few small slices of cheese...

"This is a very old but beautiful house. Host was extremely friendly. We stayed about 12 people and so got the whole house. Everything was in order and working except the fridge was leaking but there was another fridge inside ..so manageable"

"The cabins are old the tankless wTer heaters didn,t provide enough hot water to shower, there wasmildew everywhere and next door had agroup of crackheads who had to be evicted so no it wasent an enjoyable vacation!"

"Very nice little cabin set among tall pine trees. Great home base for people taking the whitewater courses at Paddler’s Co-op in Palmer Rapids. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. All is very clean and works well. The hosts live on the farm and have very nice eggs for sale. We bought some and promptly forgot them in the fridge, of course. :-) For the athletes, road cycling in this area would be awesome. Great surfaces and wide shoulders. I am thinking of doing some...

"The property was beautiful and the host (Andrey) was great! The only thing was the washroom doesn't have a door and isn't completely closed off (it is sectioned off behind the main room), so just be advised before you go. Otherwise, the lake was gorgeous, the amenities were great and it was definitely a unique and fun place to stay! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!"

"Had a lovely stay! The photos don’t do it justice. A very cozy property and it was very easy to get to the County."

"Our family of four stayed here for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and tidy, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The hot tub was especially relaxing and comfortable. The host let us know in advance about the issue with the water and thoughtfully provided extra jugs of drinking water. Whenever we had any questions, the host responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"This is the first time we have rented a cabin in this way, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. It’s was easy to find with the help of the owner. The cabin was right on the water with a lovely wooded area surrounding the property The cabins interior was cozy and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained. We have 2 children, 7 and 9 and they loved it too. We explored the water side and made a fire in the pit. The bed was incredible!!!! One of the most comfortable we’ve...

"Clean cabin with all functional windows, screens, multiple fans, good bedding, reasonably outfitted. Bring own towels for water and washroom. Washroom is private but external to cabin. Owners, Janet & Dean, very friendly and accommodating. Kayak’s, canoe, and paddle board for water fun. Beautiful setting, crystal clear warm water (early July), Bon Echo Prov. Park just a tad south, 4-5 min by car, Pet friendly, very affordable DIY cabin vacation. Would return with hesitation."

"Honestly, just a beautiful cottage with gorgeous water and a lovely dock. Lots of trees, lovely sunsets/sunrises, a big fire pit — the place that had everything we needed and more. I can’t say enough about Brad’s place. We really loved our week here. Brad, too, was great, and made the check-in and check-out super easy. Well come again if this cottage is available down the road. Thanks Brad for a great week! "

"The house is spacious and was perfect for two senior couples. Close to restaurants. We were geocaching and there is a lot of caches in the area."

"Everything was well stocked with supplies we needed, except the gas for the grill was empty. The bedding was fair, could have been a bit fresher and the pillows on the couch were smelly and needed fabreeze. Beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep every night."
