"I liked the location. I didn’t like the lack of daily room cleaning and the need to repair our air conditioning. I also didn’t like the lack of an offer of a beach view room as extra rooms were available."

"The rooms were very dated, furniture was not up to par with other properties. Breakfast in a bag is unacceptable, this started with Covid and they never went back to their usual breakfast."

"Pros: Staff was friendly. Price was good. Location was good* especially close to OMP wineries. Rooms and property were clean. Cons: HVAC unit rattled keeping us awake. Noticed HVAC filters were very full of dust. Faucet was not tightened down. Breakfast was minimal. * see “Location” above, we definitely heard the 6am jet flights taking off from the airport nearby."

"Wonderful! Very upscale feel, very clean, and cozy. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, sauna is a 10/10. The rooms are very well appointed. I even love the carpeting. Hotel carpet can be so yucky, but here it is elegance in every area you see. The bathrooms feel high end, super clean, really nice fixtures, Kohler toilets! Seriously, this place is the best. The free standing tub and fireplace in our room is just icing on the cake. Its not a hotel, its a 5 star experience. Love the fires outside...

"Stayed here with a tour group. Breakfast is very mediocre and the coffee is terrible. However, the rooms are very comfortable but dated. I appreciated how comfortable the beds were and there was not a noisy air conditioner!"

"Dining room experience was excellent"

"Perfect location. Clean and very comfortable bed. Housekeeping very nice. Easy registration."

"👍"

"Breakfast was basic cheap brand foods, hotel stairs very dark, staff was rude, came at 3 room was not ready and they said they would call never did, had to ask for simple items that should have been in room. The walls are super thin so the traffic noise was insane, and you can hear other guests talking."

"clean room"

"We've stayed at the cherry tree inn multiple times. The last time was in 2024. This time it seems like the property is run down and needs a little refresh. I know they just went through a renovation in 2020 or 2021 but that was 5 to 6 years ago and it really seems run down. The staff is always pleasant and nice."

"Not a full service hotel, tv was broke, parking is outrageous, will not stay here again"

"Loved everything from the cute little details to the view out the balcony"

"We had a wedding to attend and I thought it would be nice to book a special room, so the "penthouse" at this hotel caught my eye and I booked it. The "penthouse" is anything but. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator to the third floor, so my wife and I had to haul 2 heavy suitcases and 2 heavy coolers up 3 floors. We are in our 70s. Before doing so, I went to the front desk and asked where the elevator was and the employee looked at me like a deer in headlights and then...
