"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"This place was good. I enjoyed their breakfast, and the staff was friendly. 5/5 for everything staff related. My biggest gripe is that it is not close to the city centre. It’s a 20-30 minute drive to the places you may want to see. You will have to take uber/taxi."

"What breakfast? There were no options for breakfast in the morning. The only place to eat was the pizzeria and they were not open in the morning. Also the pizzeria staff was very rude and off putting. The staff at check in were very nice and accommodating, but the staff everywhere else on the property were rude. Over all Italy was very dirty, human feces on the street, rude people everywhere and the entire city was in disrepair. We will not be returning."

"Our first time in Rome and glad we stayed here instead of city center. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and yet our room was quiet (which was much appreciated). Staff was helpful and rooftop bar was a nice touch for apertivo or night cap. Hotel smells lovely too Would stay again! Minor inconvenience: parking but we were directed to nearest parking garage. We tried to order room service two days in advance row but they never brought us the card to order in advance even when we went...

"This hotel is located close to the metro and one stop from Rome termini station. The area is close to embassies, local bars, cafes and restaurants. The city is very walkable providing you don't mind clocking up plenty of steps to get to the sights. The hotel room is comfortable, but the room was small with very limited storage. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff responsive."
