"Was very loud, people partying in the courtyard at 11pm even tho they claim to have a “quiet hours” policy. Clearly not enforced."

"Couldn't turn on TV. Spoke with desk clerk following morning and she said sometimes the remotes get switched and she would make sure maintenance addressed the issue. They never did."

"I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!"

"The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times."

"Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and very clean. You do have to navigate stairs up to this place however, it wasn't an issue for me. Easy parking and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood location."

"Beautifully clean and appointed two bedroom duplex. Such a great old home with all the upgrades. Nicely set up to cook or just relax. Only a couple blocks from downtown, plenty of off street parking, and very walkable and safe. We would stay there again anytime we are visiting Moscow."
