I have never in all my years of travel, stayed at a motel/hotel that I couldn't get in the room without a staff person using a gerry rigged contraption to open the door everytime we needed access. I never felt safe. Coupled with the small room size, this was way overpriced. Would not recommend staying here.

You wouldn't let my daughter stay there with her friend for a University of Idaho music audition the next day . She arrived in the evening. She is 17 and starts there in the fall and had driven down from Sandpoint. I booked the room in advance so she woild have a safe place ti stay Instead you turned them away with nowhere to go then charged my credit card. Why wiild you do this with female teenagers especially after campus violence in the last couple years. When I booked online through Expedia, there was nothing abibt an age minimum.
