"Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war viel und gut und Abendessen, genauso was man dazu buchen konnte. Nur der Baulärm von anderen Hotels war zu laut, dass man nicht auf dem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse des Zimmers sitzen konnte."

"Everything was absolutely amazing"

"We absolutely loved our stay at KK Sapa Hotel! Our room was incredible, featuring a stunning, unobstructed mountain view that made waking up every single morning a treat. The service here is next level. A massive shoutout to Kevin, who went above and beyond to help us out—even on his day off, he was responsive and happy to answer all our questions via WhatsApp. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet has a huge, delicious variety with plenty of options to choose from. We even...

"The price of the hotel is a mid range however the room, the facility and the breakfast is high end. When I first entered the room, the decorations and the furnishings and the ambiance feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with several healthy options. The hotel made my trip to Sapa very memorable and made me want to plan to go back."

"The view is breathtaking"

"Overlooking the monorail, very nice mountain view at the balcony."

"The room was nicely decorated and spacious, but there were small roaches which I can understand we are in mountains; however, they were many. Our view was obstructed by a light pole. The bathroom was awkward given the bathtub was wobbly and floor got wet which is a tripping hazard."

"way better than expected, the staff was amazing, room was clean. the room also came with red dao soap to take an herbal bath with, super healing. 10/10"

"Friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing views, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Away from the hustle of the main centre but still close. Nearby The Mist cafe served great coffee."

"The hotel is actually quiet ok, the location is secluded with views of valley which was quiet good. However the road leading to the hotel is always filled with traffic. The roads are narrow and cars, buses tend to stop by at the road side making"

"Great location, excellent service, clean hotel."

"Great place, great location and very professional staff."

"The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!"

"Ville De Mont Mountain Resort is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury experience in Sapa. The architecture is stunning and unique, blending beautifully with the surrounding mountains and creating a signature style you won’t find anywhere else. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the panoramic mountain scenery feels almost unreal. Every corner of the resort is designed to maximize that incredible natural beauty. What really makes the stay unforgettable is the staff. The service is...

"The stay was absolutely phenomenal. This is a one of a kind stay in Sapa! They coordinate with you to plan what time to have your dinner after you are done e exploring. We stayed a few nights and honestly kept coming back to eat here because the food tasted like a real homemade meal! Some of the food in Sapa is authentic but I feel is lacking love! Food here is made with much love with all of the team being amazing. Down to even how they treat their three cats and pup! Also the bedroom service...
