"Nice hotel"

"The quality of the room. The blackout blind was broken so I could not close it. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash stand in the shower was broken and there is water damage at the bottom of the door framing in the bathroom. The curtain was also very dusty. Overall the rooms need to be of a higher standard, the photos were very misleading. When walking to room 1103 it can be quite jarring to look into the service area and sometimes the doors were wide open looking into the service area."

"Room could have done with a good clean. Broken tiles in shower. Only the one lift working, and from comments this had been out of action for some weeks. One lift caused congestion at peak times. Facilities showing sign of age."

"Beautiful well kept hotel, central location & we will stay here again without a doubt"

"Excelente servicio y ubicación"

"ノースシドニー駅からすぐそばで、近くにはパブやスーパーもあり、便利です。"

"Our check-in time was 3 pm. We requested an early check-in, but we weren’t able to check in until 3:30 pm. We also requested housekeeping, but only the toilet was cleaned. The rubbish in the lounge area and the used cups and mugs were left behind. We are disappointed with the service."

"Great location with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The staff was wonderful!"

"Muy bien todo"

"The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused."

"the rooms are not decorated well the ceiling is dull looks like unfinished plaster lack of bathroom space"

"Second time I’ve stayed here. This time with my family. Good breakfast, good location and good amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful."
