Sydney Mercure at Railway Square is so convenient to get to and from anywhere in the city and the airport. The breakfast buffet is busy but excellent and Eve's Bar is a great place to hang out in the evening for a beverage with a quality pub style menu.

Location is perfect for central station, lots of restaurants and shops around ( 24 hours) Rooms are clean and were sufficient for a family of 4. The pool is a great bonus. Breakfast is great , big choice and great service . In Sydney central it is a great value hotel

PROS: The room whilst small is layed out well, clean, tidy and practical. The bathroom is a good size and a decent bath. Staff was super useful and friendly. CONS: The pool is all one depth and just too deep for an average 7yr old to touch, its heated but still a little cold. The parking is $50/night and is a little smelly The TV is a bit of a nightmare to stream to

I came from Japan, and they let me leave my luggage with them starting the morning of my check-in. They also accommodated my request to skip breakfast on my last day, and whenever I had a little trouble, the staff immediately asked, “What’s the matter?” It was a wonderful experience. We got there early and couldn’t check in so they let us store our bags and then put them In the room for us when it was ready which was so wonderful, the check in process was easy and friendly and the room was so nice. Highly impressed and will stay there again
