"Had an ant problem"

"Bug infestation all over our suite."

"Excellent place. Cleaning every day for all areas. Nice staff , quality and good services!"

"Hotel and staff were excellent"

"I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this is the first where our bed was not made--or not properly made. The pillows were crumpled up against the headboard and the tops of the sheet and comforter were crumpled up against them. The body soap container had broken from its holder and was sitting on the floor of the shower; and its lid would not screw on. It's the little things. . ."

"I will never come back there again, it’s a dump, the person at the desk rude and disrespectful. Bed bugs. The bed is hard. Terrible odor in the room, bedding is horrible, holes in the bed spread, sink and bathroom backed up, it looked like the door was kicked in. Make sure to look at reviews before you go. I read the reviews afterwards."

"Breakfast was ok"

"Steele Mansion was amazing!1 We loved everything about it. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and the whole place is just so beautiful!1 We would definitely stay there again and wish we could have stayed longer."

"I was only in the hotel to sleep and shower, so I didn’t take advantage of most of the amenities to properly assess the usefulness and helpfulness of the staff. The property was clean, the staff I encountered were friendly and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay."
