"Wow!! Our stay was amazing and the Views were even better!! The Hotel has Taxi Drivers (Martin and Roberto) and they were very very knowledgeable and nice! Both of them made our Honeymoon Trip A1! The Staff was great and very friendly as well. This Hotel is a Gem and we'll definitely stay there again on our next visit."

"The rooms are very outdated, Douglas, Rebecca, Felix and Edwin were extremely friendly & helpful!! The other staff was not so much, Cruz was extremely rude & disrespectful. Cruz was trying to charge me and make me pay $256.00 in 38 champagne cups, he said I drank 38 champagne glasses which is nearly impossible for 1 person to drink and still be sober. The experience wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine bad."

"Overall! I like the place and the staff. There are a few things to improve: The menu for breakfast, even it's included in the price of the hotel,it doesn't have many options. The AC plugs need to be checked/replaced because the computer and phone chargers doesn't fit tight and the space in the bathroom is too small."

"Todo muy bonito, un personal atento las áreas muy limpia lo recomiendo 👌"

"Staff was great. Breakfast excelent, food overall is good."

"I loved the property. Staff was amazing. Right across the street from the beach. Food was excellent. The bar was great. The swimming pools are beautiful and super clean."

"The experience since we got there was horrible. The rooms were not what was seen in the pictures. The lighting was horrible, no plugs to charge available, the staff was very un welcoming and not helpful at all the hotel smelled a lot like mildew and next morning it was raining inside the hotel. We stayed the night and left besides the property manager was rude and practically kicked us out of the hotel. Not trying to accommodate us at all. Next morning we found the hallways flooded by rain and...

"Tienen un personal muy atento que y una piscina excelente que dan deseos de estar metido en ella."

"Staff was amazing. Very nice hotel at first sight. Rooms were large but basic. Bathroom was very nice. We had a room overlooking the pool and it was an amazing sunset spot. When kids were in the pool the room was very loud. We had to leave early to catch our flight and couldn't get the free breakfast, but they were so kind and offered us a light dinner instead. Bed linen was not spotless clean but all in all we had a lovely stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful ."

"Great hotel if you are doing a short visit. The hotel is a bit outdated, like some of light fixtures on the lamps were old and rustic, the lounge chairs by beach were not always clean but to be fair it did rain a lot. The staff was really nice and very helpful baltazar was always looking out for my bf and i and just extremely friendly and his service was top notch. The food was delicious we had their ceviche mixto every day!"

"Todo bien!!"

"Restaurant adjacent was super convenient and really good. Loud party next door went to 2 am and was the only challenge. "
