"They are charging 5 star prices but only have 3 star service. When I arrived the valet was no where to be seen. I had to look for them. Check in was quick. The room was basic. "We had a clean room. the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet. Unfortunately ours was older and was extremely loud. It rattled all night long, and because we had a toddler, that was very difficult to not disturb him, and it kept it awake for many hours. We...

"Room was clean. The common areas (stairs, hallways) were dirty, run down (paint chipping off, etc). Our room overlooked a garden of weeds(big ones). Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok"

"Everything was great! The proximity to downtown and CWU (walkable), check in, staff, rooms (albeit cozy) - except for the bath towels are super small and thin like for a super budget motel. There is a nice lobby for gathering with a small store and a full bar (next time we will try that - it looked vibrant). Opt for the free parking lot if you can. We will definitely be back!"

"Need some desperate updates. The beds seemed new since the old ones are piled outside of the pool area, but the rest of the furniture is torn up. Also, a few earwigs made some appearances."
