"We stayed two nights, before a flight, and then after flight. The first night, the room was small but on par with Japanese standards so manageable for two, and you could tell it is updated, but bathroom was not and it looked a bit dirty. The second night, we were upgraded and the room was much roomier, and everything looked new, including the bathroom. All in all, it was what we needed. Close to Narita airport, shuttle included with our stay. Staff were very helpful."

"I had an amazing time during my stay here. The complimentary onsen was the highlight of my trip. It had an incredible atmosphere and the food was delicious. The room was a good size for a single traveler and was always clean, even though I didn't spend much time at the hotel. There is a bus that shuttles you to Tokyo and back throughout the day which is very convenient. Will definitely look to come back!"

"This hotel is situated near the station so it is convenient to stay here; however don’t go here walking during the night it’s gets a bit scary walking . Also our shower was not maintaining a heat function so it was so uncomfortable . The staff was helpful trying to fix it but it didn’t work."

"客室は清潔でよかったのですが、連泊のためアメニティとして何が渡されるのか不明で、初日のものとは異なっており少しもやっとしてます。 　デイズニーに行くには電車の込み具合も距離もまあまあの環境で駅近のホテルとしてはよかったです。ホテルには日々５時間ぐらいしか滞在しないので、お値段が安くなればもっと嬉しいです。 　気になったのは、チェックイン時に2名分のカードキーがもらえず、EVがカードキーがないと乗れないため不便で３日目にフロントでお願いしてもらいました。この時のフロントの方は優しく丁寧でしたが、初日の方はカードキーの二枚目をを渡そうとしたのに引っ込めらてしまし、こちらも言えなくなり…もやもやでした。"
