"Great stay close to Shinjuku! Breakfast was super helpful addition when we first arrived"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Theres always someone around for the most part. Room was tiny and efficient which is perfect for solo travelers. Really close to train station making it super easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby too. Loved the area, Sumida is definitely nice for running, walking or cycling along the river walk if you’re looking to stay active while on vaca."

"We like the extra supply at the 3rd floor. We like the pajamas & bottled water everyday. We like the comfortable bus stop location & the train exit located at the basement of the hotel. All is good."

"Overall our stay was nice, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Our disappointment came in around the strong fragrance in the lobby which was surprising. The other disappointment was the washroom in our room it was very basic, considering the thoughtful design of the lobby and the washrooms located in the lobby. As this was our third hotel and most expensive The room could have been nicer.u the basic washroom with the cream shower curtain."

"Loved it, will be back in a year"

"Location"

"Beautiful hotel in the bustling streets of Shinjuku. Lovely staff, clean and close to all the trains, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar put the icing on the cake."

"The Ultimate Convenient Base in Shinjuku! Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku (Oct 10–15) was the perfect base for our Tokyo trip. The hotel is spotless, and the service is excellent—the staff are extremely welcoming and efficient. Though compact, the room was super functional and came fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need. Location-wise, it couldn't be better: a short walk to major transit lines and shopping. A huge highlight was the fantastic Food Hall directly across the street for...

"Staff could speak better English"

"Easy from the train station"

"The room was very clean, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the private bath areas. The gym was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals a rowing machine and a few light free weights and stability balls. The hotel is located in a beautiful quieter area of Shibuya but a very close walk to a few train stations and the heart of Shibuya crossing. Will definitely stay here again"

"Hotel was so clean , super helpful staff. Everything was well thought out, we even had umbrellas for when it rained for all hotel guests."

"Great place to stay in Tokyo, with a decent Shinjuku location that makes exploring the city easy. The restaurant was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn’t try the food, but having a 7-Eleven across the street and a FamilyMart nearby was very convenient. The onsen on the top floor is small but relaxing after a day of walking. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."
