"Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful. Requests were ignored. Ordering a gin and tonic at the bar meant 2 shots of gin in a glass since they ran out of tonic water. Had to ask for ice. Had to mix my own drinks. Drinks took over 60 minutes to be delivered. Any food off the menu took 2 hours to make. This was truly the worst hotel staff. Avoid at all costs."

"Great stuff, location and amenities"

"I wanted my statement to show I was charged $3900 shillings for the breakfast on 10/15/26. They were unable to do this. I needed this for travel reimbursement purposes. It would be nice if they could exchange shillings for USD."

"Lovely hotel in upscale Gigiri, great for families. Our kids loved it, especially the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool. We are definitely coming back."

"Staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to requests for assistance."

"Great staff. Room was spacious and clean. We also loved the breakfast buffet."

"The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the wide range of amenities at Village Market makes it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay"

"We loved our stay here! We stayed for a wedding and everything was amazing. The hotel staff were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was so good with many options. We highly recommend this hotel in Nairobi, thanks for a great stay!"

"فندق جميل ونظيف جدا "

"The Sarova Stanley Hotel is an old fashioned downtown hotel leftover from a different era. Everything was right about the place. A beautiful facility, well cared for. Good food in the restaurants. I happened to have come down with a bad cold while in Nairobi. The staff gave me a little extra TLC. The lobby staff were particularly helpful in helping foreign visitors such as ourselves navigate the complexity of modern Nairobi."

"Room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We were also able to leave some of our luggage while we travelled to Zanzibar which was so helpful and convenient. Thank you for your great hospitality!"
