"overall everything about this property is good."

"The stay overall was okay, the issue I had was with cleanliness. We found a couple of hairs left in the shower and if you walk around the room without a pair of slippers or something then your feet/socks will constantly be dirty. The staff was friendly and kind about everything so that was something. If we didn't have such a long day and was so tired, I would've swapped hotels."

"Couldn’t check in until 2 hours after check in time which is 4 pm because room not ready. Very nice staff at the front desk but disappointing having to wait that long when the event was at 7 pm. They seem to be short staffed. Great bar and food service"

"Nice large rooms n shower The breakfast was really good"

"The room had contemporary furnishings with horse racing theme. Hallways and rooms were well kept, very clean. The property had a casino on the premises which made it fun and exciting to stay at. I would definitely recommend to others and book there again."

"Expedia had falsely advertised our room, so that added much stress and confusion. Embassy Suites staff worked very hard to try to make our stay great. They were very kind and helpful. The hotel was outstanding as was the food! I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Staff was super nice, and very attentive. Our checked in was past midnight. when we arrived the receptionist had checked us in already. As we were walking to our room the halls looked dirty. The room was nice, comfortable bed, although the ac kept rumbling all night. Nice location very close to the Derby Museum Starbucks, and the Kentucky university, Our main place of travel was the Mammoth Cave which was One hr. Overall nice place to stay plenty of parking to choose from."

"Great hotel!"

"It was a short stay, we were VERY pleased. Gorgeous when you walk in. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints at all. It’s also less than 2 miles from the airport, and they provided shuttle service, so, very convenient!"

"The breakfast was fantastic including many selections, hot and cold. The hotel offers a reception for guests , 5 to 7 PM every Wednesday evening including soup, salad, cheese and crackers, pita bread, cookies, and wine and beer. It was a wonderful treat! The staff all were welcoming and veey helpful."

"Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Only is was the fan in the bathroom. It had a banging noise coming from it and if you left the door open it would keep you awake."

"The breakfast was cafeteria grade. I had a meeting until 12:00 today and asked if I could check out an hour late. I was shocked when the desk manager said no. It’s an hour."

"The room was very small. Had hoped that myself and husband could work remote in room, but that was impossible due to tiny space. He was able to work downstairs in lobby, but not ideal. Unable to get served at on-site restaurant. One person taking orders, cooking and serving during busy time of day. The person's working at checking and in on-site bar area were very helpful. Coffee and water were not kept filled in lobby area. A little disappointed in this. Good location near 4th...

"The bartender and front desk lady were very helpful"
