"The hotel was clean but a lot of areas were in disrepair. Elevator buttons not working, automatic doors not working properly etc. Things were clean and comfortable, but the hotel gives haunted vibes. The hot pools make it all worth while. Overall, I would stay here again for the pools."

Not recommended to walk around without slippers or shoes due to the floor lifting. The bed pad needs replacing as it’s ripped and stained. "The room definitely needs some work on updating areas. The carpets in the bedrooms are cream colored and had a lot of stains and the rug that was in the living room was the same. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok, but with the carpets I did not feel so comfortable. We had an issue with the freezer having a hanging wire and it temporarily was not working but contacted them and they had someone come look at it and fix it right away.
