"The good: clean room, great view of the lake, the pools, the location, pet-friendly. The not so good: unfriendly staff at check in, noise all night long (until at least 2 am), saggy mattress that hurt my back. There were people partying and shouting all night long, running through the halls, etc. I called the front desk around midnight and they said they would solve the issue but the noise continued. I got very little sleep. I wouldn't stay here again."

"We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

"Everything was dirty, I don’t think they have a cleaning crew. First room smelled like someone just used the washroom before we entered. Had to get a second room because the smell was so bad. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this unit. The unit was the perfect size and included everything we needed for our visit to Harrison Hot Springs. Only a few short minutes to the beach and restaurants, free parking, and a beautiful balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. If we ever go back to Harrison, I will definitely try to rent this place again."

"This was a very interesting experience for my wife and I. We arrived late, 6:30 pm after staff had left for the day, but had been provided codes to access the property. We found ourselves alone in the building and tried a couple of rooms before finding ours, as we were not given a room number. The room was spacious, bright and clean. We enjoyed the lounging couch for two and the bed was very comfortable. As this was a B&B designated accommodation, we expected someone in the morning for...
