"I stayed with my dog and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly to her! Would stay again in a heartbeat"

"Website said check out was 12p and when I got there I found out it was at 11a. Had driven over 20hrs and just wanted to go to bed. Staff was abrasive when I talked to them about checkout. Had an additional deposit for each room and was told I had to request it back instead of them sending the money back. Feels dishonest & like way too much of a hassle. Lock on door was broken but by the time I figured it out it was 2am. Just went to bed and hoped for the best. Smelled terrible."

"The only negative comments I would make is our shower dripped even when turned off and it did not drain very fast. Otherwise the rooms are very clean and maintained. I like the fact that they offer a small refrigerator and microwave. Also the breakfast is nice, not just cereal but a hot breakfast. Would be nice if they would change it up a little bit we were there for a week and it was the same each morning. Otherwise the whole stay was very pleasant and located nicely to the highway."

"The room was fine except for this horrible whistling noise we heard all night. They’re in the middle of a little bit of construction and they have caused a wind tunnel effect in some rooms. When I spokeg to them at check out. She advised she was aware of that problem and she stated she would be compensating my room for my stay. It has been week since I we stayed and I am still waiting for my refund."

"Next time I go to Wichita, I will be staying there. Everything was great. Good price!"

"First impression was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are easy to locate. Lots of guests were in the dining/bar area when we arrived and the vibe was good and bustling. Room was clean and stocked. Our two sons slept on the couch bed and everyone slept well and comfortably. Snack options, hot beverages and breakfast service were top notch. Room fixtures and doors were outdated. A bit of mildew in the bathroom tiles. Pool was a bit of a let down. Indoor space had pooled water, and...

"This property has been the best I've stayed in by far. The staff were great and very helpful. Maria on the front desk was amazing."

"A pedestal sink was in the bathroom. No where to keep toiletries while using. The coffee maker had to be moved to plug in, no access close by. Only one night stand had plug available for phone charger. Very poor overall room design and set up."

"Older property. Breakfast area was crowded and the coffee machine was not efficient. Hotel smelled old."

"Beautiful"

"This will definitely be our go to when in KC. Breakfast had many options and good. The kickback was perfect for us to get a bite to eat right before heading to a concert. Rooms clean. Staff excellent. Parking garage for the storm lastnight. Hopefully we are able to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and hot tub with our next stay."

"Room was dusty, shower was not clean and the ceiling has water damage stains. When we tried to check out we waited for a long time by the front desk and nobody showed up to help us, we had to just leave the key cards on the desk. For their price you should definitely get better service and a decent clean room, not to mention basic free parking... Now I know Manhappyness has way better hotel options for a better price."
