"Wonderful property and the amenities are amazing. Loved the Onsen!"

"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Itty bitty rooms- as expected for Tokyo. Clean. Nice location on a quieter end of Shinjuku. Very kind staff."

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"I booked this hotel room no Expedia and when I got to the hotel they charged me an extra $1,036 cad for my child. They made us upgrade the room to a slightly bigger hotel room. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone travelling with kids. Please do yourself a favour and book another hotel."

"Hotel is near the train station which is a huge help to get around Tokyo. Staff was very helpful and hotel was very well maintained. Just be aware if you have a tattoo you cannot use the pool or sauna"

"特質すべきは大浴場。宿泊者の数から考えると、空いてると思う。脱衣所も大きい。サウナもリラックスできる。ただ、ここは部屋までのエレベーター問題がある。高層階は待ち時間が5分以上ならなることもあるし、なかなか到着もしない。それ以外はOCATも目の前にあって便利。"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of room for our suitcases. Located in a quieter part of Shimbashi, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable place to relax while still being very convenient. The underground access to nearby train stations, shops, and convenience stores was a big plus. The self-service laundry was also very convenient and a great feature. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a...

"This was an amazing place to stay. I loved the location next to Shiba park and the Zojiji temple. The food options at the hotel were great. The views from the top of the Tokyo tower phenomenal."

"Everything was good. No body was on your way"

"Over all it was a fine hotel; the room has more space than other ones even with two beds. The breakfast: the variety of food was overwhelmingly wide, so it was pricy. I would like everyone to make sure to charge the phone in the room: they do not let us use the outlet in the building unless you pay ¥1,400 for a cup of coffee in the cafe on the second floor. The lobby was very very crowded with groups of the guest, which is great for the hotel."

"accessible, very accommodating staff space is good"
