"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Had a nice time there the hotel staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and comfy would probably go back again."

"The room was small but adequate for one person. The personal item amenities -- which may be picked up at reception --are good quality, individually packaged and prevent waste. The traditional breakfast buffet in the Annex was a great deal and had super delicious food. The luggage storage is fantastic! "Clean hotel with great amenities and very close to Iidabashi train station which is very central and accessible by many lines. Comfy beds and pillows (we had two singles).

"had such a wonderful stay! the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the amenities are incredible. the onsen was spectacular with so many different pools to go in. staff was very helpful"

"Nicely located property. lots of Apa hotels in the area. Our cab driver took us to the wrong one even though we specifically said which one. So you should confirm. I really enjoyed having an in hotel onsen free of charge. Great way to relax after long days of walking. They only have 3 washer and dryers so be warned they are always busy. Plus the dryer takes twice as long as the wash. Everyone jockeying for position. Easy to drop off luggage if you arrive before check in. Automated checkin so...
