"The room size is what you should expect while traveling in Tokyo. It was just right, having enough room for two large suitcases (we stacked ours on top of each other) and being able to move freely about the space. The view was spectacular and the cleanliness and friendly staff made this stay great. I am a shower and water pressure junkie - and the bathroom and shower were the standouts in this hotel. "Staying at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport took all the stress out of our early morning flight. The hotel is attached to terminal 3, and we were able to take the free shuttle bus to get to terminal 2. The room was larger than expected, with a small sofa/bench seat and table, as well as a large double bed, and of course pyjamas. The bathroom was small but the shower was great. The food court in terminal 3 offered a lot of choice for our evening meal."

"The lounge at 47the floor was an interesting experience. The gym room was way too small for such a big hotel. Breakfast was kids friendly and kids were happy. Big plus for firm mattresses . We’re so happy Huge advantage of individual beds for a long stay"

"Our stay was great! The room was small but we knew that and made best of it. The staff was super friendly and English was great. After our check out time the hotel was at 10am and our flight at 9pm and the hotel allows you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout so we could do a bit more exploring without having to go to the airport super early. We picked up our bags around 5pm and went off to the hotel! The hotel was in a great spot and very convenient for travel."

Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base."

"This room was perfect for us and had everything we could have wished for. Beds ware so comfortable, room was cleaned daily, water pressure in the shower amazing. The easiest self check in and out and the best breakfast varieties with perfect choices of western and Japanese food. The staff was also amazing, helped us with getting a taxi and bringing our suitcases to the car."

"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people.
