"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Check-in at the property took an hour. Totally unacceptable! The woman checking us in decided that we needed to join a “group” for additional benefits but was unable to explain why all this information was required. "I can't really say that the hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 as you have to walk through the garden shopping area to get to the hotel. It's a quite walk I should say. Didn't use Onsen, Gym, or any of the restaurant so no comment on those. There are 2 Lawson right outside of the hotel."

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."

"Excellent location for a 3 night stay in Tokyo. Staff were do polite and helpful, with taxis and general advice. Really recommend!"

"不自由無く過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。"

"Good hotel. Close to the train station"

"We had a wonderful stay here, would come again. It is so close to Disney and right next to a train station and shopping centre. The shuttle bus to Disney was very helpful. We also loved the snacks at the end of the day after returning from our adventures."
