"The location is really good—very convenient and close to the train station and post office. It was easy to get around and access the things we needed during our stay. Overall, a very convenient location for exploring Osaka."

"Unclear policies until check in. website did not state you could not use public bathing or fitness suite if you have tattoos we was presented with this policy by the hotel at check in. booking platform could not help to resolve this issue and cushomer service has also been poor with multiple emails a day from differrent people. Tired looking hotel for the price with lots of people who were not guests coming/going to the hotel to visit men. Would not recommend staying here."

"The was very good, staff are very nice and very clean. Transpot very convenient"
